In what part in this article did you read that we should hire women that are not qualified for the job to satisfy a quota?
No where.
No one is even suggesting you do that.
The fact that you even make this statement tells me that you are in fact sexist towards women in technical roles. Whether that bias is conscious or not I do not presume to know.
