I do this with an amazing group of women in Waterloo Ontario!! We have been doing it for about a year! I highly recommend it. All of us have seen huge jumps in our careers and you are right it feels very empowering afterward!

I also do this with a mixed group of Engineering Director and VP level people on a monthly basis so we can learn from each other!
